Universal Patterns Across Traditions

The ideas that keep appearing, no matter where you look. Each pattern note collects every tradition's version in one place — organized by the idea, not the tradition.

These patterns earned their tier by showing up independently across cultures and centuries. They're not claims — they're observations. When 19 unconnected traditions say "the divine is within you" in their own language, that's signal.

How tiers work: Patterns rise as more traditions confirm them. Tier 1 appears in nearly every tradition studied. Tier 2 appears in many. Tier 3 is emerging — promising but needs more sourcing.

Tier 1 — The Bedrock

Present across nearly every major tradition. The loudest signals.

Tier 2 — Strong Recurring Themes

Present across many traditions, not always as central. Pattern notes coming as research deepens.
